For the multi-mode Dicke model in a transport setting that shows collective boson transmissions, this paper constructs an equation of motion for the cumulant generating function directly, rather than starting from the full master equation. Approximating the resulting system at the level of the cumulant generating function and system operators recovers established Full Counting Statistics results in certain parameter regimes.
